I have heard many Muslims and Retarded Westerners state that the greater Jihad being that of a personal struggle and the lesser Jihad being one of holy war.

This is interesting, and I have been looking around to see if Muslims themselves believe this, let's see what I found:

Hamas Cleric Muhsen Abu 'Ita on "The Annihilation of the Jews."

Saudi Cleric - Jihad and World Conquest ! Musa bin Muhammad al-Qarni - Iqra TV (Saudi Arabia), October 29, 2004

Annihilation of US; Islam will Take Over the World Iraqi Ayatollah Ahmad Husseini Al-Baghdadi

"Muslims Must Confront Non-Muslims" Egyptian Sheik Muhammad Al-Mussayer - Al Azhar University Iqra TV - July 12, 2004

An Islamic Dr. in London Justifies Slaughtering London Islamist Dr. Hani Al-Siba'i - ANB (London/Lebanon) - February 22, 2005

Islamist Jordanian MP Muhammad Abd Al-Qader - Incites Multitudes to Wage Jihad.

This is strange, I couldn't find any examples of Islamic scholars defining Jihad as trying to give up smoking. When are we going to see the vast majority of muslims protesting against this violent interpretation of Islam and Jihad? You know like the way they protest about cartoons!

Hark Muslims! I come with exciting news!

As we all know the beloved prophet was sexually insatiable. He need sex all the time, and took old women, young women, sex slaves, his adoptive son's wife, a woman whom he had just killed her entire family, children and many, many others as sex partners.

But news of the Apostles ultimate demise has come to me, and it couldn't make a Muslim more happy, knowing that he died while engaged in his favourite past time.

Proof that he died during an explosive moment

Ibn Hisham page 682:

….that he heard Aisha say: “The apostle died on my bosom during my turn: [of having sex with]. It was due to my ignorance and extreme youth that the apostle died in my arms

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 144:

Narrated ‘Aisha:

...during his fatal ailment, Allah's Apostle, used to ask his wives, "Where shall I stay tomorrow? Where shall I stay tomorrow?" He was looking forward to Aisha's turn. So all his wives allowed him to stay where he wished, and he stayed at 'Aisha's house till he died there. He died on the day of my usual turn (of having sex) at my house. Allah took him unto him while his head was between my chest and my neck and his saliva was mixed with my SALIVA.

Aisha is blaming her youth and ignorance for causing Prophet’s death. Aisha’s eager cooperation excited Prophet immensely which lead to a wild session of foreplay and tongue action followed by intensive senior citizen-on-teen sex.

Due to her inexperience she could not see the danger of an old man performing sex with a young woman during his serious illness. Timely slowing down or stopping him could have saved his life.

Prophet had an explosive climax which his old and sick heart could not handle and went in a cardiac arrest. She saw him die and slump on her bosom during his moment of extreme pleasure. (which is not uncommon in such cases).

That is why she felt guilty of causing his death...

He did not recite Kalima at death

The hadiths indicate that instead of having kalima on his mouth like a good muslim during his last moments, prophet’s mouth was busy in tongue action and French kissing, however I am sure this pleased Allah!

Hard Facts

His body must have stiffened as he died during his pleasure moment in an “as is” condition. The fact that they tried to cover him with triple shroud indicates an embarrassing bulge which they must have tried to even out by extra layers of clothing. They wouldn’t have wanted all to know what their prophet was up to when he died.

Dawood, Book 20, Number 3147:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:

The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) was shrouded in three garments made in Najran: two garments and one shirt in which he died.

Apparently the three clothing layers, nor the reported delay in burial, helped the situation and he was buried quietly to hide his erect penis!

Praise Allah!

The Feminist Chronicles Part V (Abrogation & Apostasy)

In my continuing debates with Feminists, I am shocked by their level of ignorance regarding the goals of their new allies (Jihadists). On the one hand they will claim Islam is just another “victim” of Western Imperialism and that Islam is the Religion of Peace.

On the other hand they sound off with holier-than-thou  indignation when it comes to those Muslims that practice Islam in it’s pure form.

For example, they will recoil with comment like:

"...If I understand you rightly, you only want to say that Islam does not know such a thing as rape in marriage, since the wife is obliged to be at her husband`s disposal any time.”

And then will try and equate Christianity as equally culpable in any offence that they seem to find in Islam.

However, one has to help them understand what differentiates Islam from other religions.

Christianity is the collected stories of Jesus and the writings of it’s earliest followers, and is a series of stories, letters and allegories. Islam is a total way of life. All aspects of life (well beyond only the spiritual needs of a person or society) are adjudicated in one of the many components of Islam.

One thing all Muslims can all agree on is this:
The Quran is the literal word of GOD. Word for Word (Muslims believe there is a Quran in Heaven and has been there for all time). There can be no picking or choosing within the Quran because it is all valid and all the word of God.

However, there are, because of conflicting verses within the Quran, misunderstanding among Muslims that have not studied Islamic scholarship. In that, when
one verse is contradictory to another verse, the verse that was revealed at a later date will be the one that Muslims view as the authentic word of Allah.

This is called Naskh (نسخ) or Abrogation in English.

For example, many Westerners quote the verse
2:256 from the Qur’an to explain the tolerance of Islam:
“Let there be no compulsion in religion; truth stands out clearly from error...”
However, a person who offers this verse may or may not understand that it is from one of the earliest Suras (or chapters) in the Quran. This Sura however was abrogated by the following: Sura (9:29) -

"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden
which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the
religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay
the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."

Suras 9 and 5 are the last "revelations" that Muhammad handed down.

To make it simple: Sura 2:256 was abrogated by Sura 9:29.

Moreover, one can use a very simple example to explain how we can see abrogation in Islamic jurisprudence (today) in the fact that Muslims today pray toward Mecca.

In the early days of Islam, Muhammad (while fighting with the Meccans) decided to have his followers change the direction of their prayer from Mecca to Jerusalem). The reason for this (that Muslims now again pray toward Mecca) is that Muhammad issued a later command that abrogated (or nullified) the first after he has conquered Mecca and taken control of the city.

Thus when speaking about the Quran, one must always keep in mind which Sura came later (chronologically) when there is a contradiction. There are thousands of Hadith, and some are judged more reliably than others, however, for the most of the quotes regarding Islam are taken from
the Bukhari Hadith, which among the vast majority of Sunni Muslims (therefore most Muslims in the world) is judged to be the most authentic.

The “lack of rape in an Islamic marriage” is the judgment of all four schools of Sharia as stated before. Sharia judgments use both the Quran and the hadith to judge (based on Islamic jurisprudence) the matter of spousal rape.

The scriptural basis of this judgment, can be found in the reference from the hadith:

Bukhari (62:81) - According to Muhammad, the most important part of a marriage contract is the unrestricted access that a man has to his wife's vagina.

In general, the
Qur’an says,

"They (wives) have as many rights as they are committed to duties."But a man
should not be away from intimacy for any longer than four months, if the woman
is in need of it.”

In that, many, confuse Islamic religion with Islamic jurisprudence and the social aspects that are gathered from the example of the Prophet in the hadiths (and the words of God in the Quran vs. the spiritual aspects of the religion).

The Rape of a wife is fully consistent with the Sharia view.

Then as Muslims know, to speak against any aspect of the Quran is blasphemous and makes one instantly an Apostate. You can see the passages from the Quran below on those that question any aspect of Islam, the Prophet (and his actions) or Islam in general:

Sura (33:57) -
"Lo! those who malign Allah and His messenger, Allah hath cursed them in this world and the Hereafter, and hath prepared for them the doom of the disdained"

Sura (33:61) -
[continues from above] "Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter."

The penalty for Apostasy in Islam is death.

Sura (4:89) -
"They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them"

(52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.'

Bukhari (83:37) - "Allah's Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) A person who killed somebody unjustly, was killed (in Qisas,) (2) a married person who committed illegal sexual intercourse and (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle and deserted Islam and became an apostate."

Bukhari (84:57) - "[In the words of] Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"

We can see these scriptures in action (through Sharia) in the case of
Sayed Parwez Kambakhsh, A young Afghan journalist, sentenced to death in January for spreading feminist criticism of Islam. As I understand it now, because of enormous pressure from the West his sentence was commuted to Life in prison despite full backing from the Afghan parliment.

This view on
Apostasy is also shared by those that work in lofty Western Institutions like Harvard University. Harvard Muslim chaplain Taha Abdul-Basser says that he sees "wisdom" of Islamic death penalty for apostasy.

So what you have is a system that is virtually closed. There can be no “reformation” of Islam, because to even suggest it guarantees one’s own death sentence.

Upholding a
“women’s dignity” is the chief cause to which Islam and Sharia (and therefore through the laws throughout the Muslim world) seek to address NOT her rights.

The Feminist Chronicles Part IV (Sharia and the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam)

When speaking to feminists, I always get the same answers as if they were scripted and handed out at a club meeting:

"There are extremists and moderates in every religion."
" I do not assume that all Islamic people follow the same dogma, in the same way that not all Catholics do."

Yada, Yada.

Let us be clear:

ALL Islamic peoples would agree what I said was in an Islamic context there can be no rape of a wife. What this means is that Islam is not just a personal religion with ones god, it has a social, financial, educational, military, religious and judical component that encompases all aspect of life (which is very different from other faiths).

The judicial and social aspects of Islam that are founded in Sharia. Obviously, there are many personal differences in which parts of Islam believers practice and those that they discard, but in an "Islamic context" what one must understand is the legality of rights and duties for a Muslim within the framework of a Sharia as it is practiced in a Muslim country.

All four schools of Sunni Islam: Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki and Shafii, as well as the Shia Muslims schools of Twelvers, and Jaafari all agree that there are resposnibities of a husband and wife, and for that reason there can be no rape in an Islamic Context.

You are confusing the personal religious aspects of Islam with its judical and social components. As was mentioned in Part II of the Feminist Chronicles, all of the 22 memebers of the OIC are not signatories of the UDHR but follow the The Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam, and thus human rights in Islamic countries are based on the Quran and the teachings of Islam.

This in turn leads to laws in Afganistan that are based on the teachings in the Quran and in the Hadiths. Even if you look to the law that has been inacted it is lifted directly from scripture , and while many Muslims may personally disagree, this does not make it any more wrong within the framework of Sharia. What one must understand, is that Islam is not only a religious ideology, but has all of the components listed above.

From banking to which foot you place in the bathroom first.

Because of the body of Islamic Jurisprudence that has accumulated over the centuries this law is not that suprising. There are NO laws against spousal rape in the Islamic world (save Turkey for EU entry reasons) and this is not an oversight but one that is directly related to Sharia.

Where Afganistan is different is that they are codifying it into law, which is different from not making it illegal. Sufice it to say, there are great misunderstandings by Leftists and Feminists bent of protecting Jihad minded Muslims of the difference between Islam and other religions in the sense of the other compoments that Islam has and how they play a part in the functioning of Muslim country.

Even if one looks at the world today, Islamism is growing stronger rather than being liberalised.

From Egypt to Pakistan, from Turkey to Algeria… traditional (and what I call orthadox Islam rather than extremist) Political Islam (thus Sharia) is on the rise (even in the UK and other western countries). Look to Afghanistan itself, and one can see that most of the people there agree with this new law.

Muslim Women Tell West to Back Off Rape Law - 'We Don't Want Total Freedom. [We Want] Islam

"...Young women attending Kabul University
expressed surprise and bewilderment at the debate raging in Canada and Europe
over a proposed law that seems to allow men from the Shiite Hazara minority to
sexually enslave their wives and imprison them in their homes. The nearly
unanimous view on the campus — arguably the most progressive institution in
Afghanistan — was that the West should not involve itself in the country's
cultural and religious affairs….

…But we do not want total freedom. We wanted it to
be limited and to be within Islam. Our freedom must come within Islam….…."I
don't want to see the faces of the Taliban again, but I do not want our culture
to change. It is right that we should not go out without our families'
permission. I would not want it to be any other way..."

As well this story is related to the Policital and Judicial aspects of Islam founded in Sharia:

Afghan cleric defends 'rape' law

Men are typically the breadwinners in Afghan households,
expected to provide for their wives and children."It is not possible for all
women to pay the same amount of money as men ... For all these expenses, can't
we at least give the right to a husband to demand sex from his wife after four
nights?" he said.

The Feminist Chronicles Part III

Marital rape is explicitly criminalised in the countries in pink. As it may or may not be prosecutable under ordinary rape statutes, it should not be inferred that marital rape is permissible in the unhighlighted countries.
Sources: Unicef 1997UNIFEM 2003

Above is an image of a map clearly demonstrating where spousal rape and is not a crime. If you look at the map you will clearly see that is is not a punishable crime in any member state of the Organization of Islamic Conference (thus states that adhere to the Cairo Declaration on Islamic Human Rights).

Save for Turkey that is re-adjusting many aspects of its criminal code in hopes of joining the EU at some point in the future.

The Feminist Chronicles Part II

Stragely when confronted with the news that Rape is now legal in an Afghani marrige, feminist squeal (as said in the post below) that this is a perversion of Islamic values, and that the only reason for this was that Afghanistan was a unique case because it has not signed on to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

This again is a strange argument, because actually no member of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is subject to the UDHR. All member states of this 22 country bloc have rejected the UDHR and are subject to the The Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam and this declaration does not support the goal of " equality for all races, creeds, colours and religions."

This declaration in fact is usually seen as an Islamic counterpart of and a response to the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Centre for Inquiry in September 2008 in an article to the United Nations writes that the CDHRI: "undermines equality of persons and freedom of expression and religion by imposing restrictions on nearly every human right based on Islamic Sharia law.

In fact, Westerners are apt to point out that the Cairo Declaration, which is the guiding principals for Human Rights in the Islamic world, has been criticised for failing to guarantee freedom of religion.

Apostasy is still punishable by death in many member states, as well is in more moderate Islamic countries like Malaysia prison, and corporal punishment are used on would be apostates. Moreover, Similarly, CDHRI is criticized as not endorsing equality between men and women; moreover, it is accused of asserting the superiority of men. In the Article 6, women are guaranteed equal dignity, in contrast to the Universal declaration which offers equal rights. Rights are specific and can be enumerated, whereas "dignity" is an amorphous concept which means one thing to one group, and another thing to another group. For the text of the declaration, please see here:

It is then very strange that Feminists would say that these new laws are extremist in nature and pervert Islam, when in fact, all countries that are members of the OIC are in agreement on exactly what Islamic Human Rights are.

There is no interpretation as Westerners like to call it. Sharia and all four schools of Islamic jurisprudence agree with this because of the scriptures I quoted in the previous post.

The Feminist Chronicles Part I (Islam and Wife Rape: What would Allah Say?)

With the recent news that the legalization of Rape within marriage has been ratified by the Afganistan Parliment, many feminists have become angry at what they percieve as a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the Islamic religion and that Islam in no way is connected to this law.
This is strange because Islam is repete with Allahs commands for believers. With the recent alliance of leftists and feminists who have joined Jihadists and have promoted the idea of Islam being persecuted and another member of the "victim classes" they so love to create. It is astonishing for those on the Left and feminists in general not to understand the reason behind these new laws.
Afghanistan is a throughly Muslim Culture... *Progressive* or *Leftist* ideas and concepts are diametrcially opposite to Islam.
In Islam there can be no rape of a wife.
It is not possible.
Perhaps if feminist were to read these verses (Suras) from the Quran they would understand.
The Qur'an:Sura (4:34) -
"Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel
the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women).
So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath
guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them
to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against
Sura (2:228) -
"...and the men are a degree above them"Sura (33:59) - "Tell thy wives and thy
daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round
them..." Men determine how women dress.
Sura (2:223) -

"Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye
will."Wives are to be sexually available to their husbands in all ways at all times. They serve their husbands at his command.

This verse is believed to refer to anal sex (see the hadith below), and was "revealed" when women complained to Muhammad about the practice. The phrase "when and how you will" means that they lost their case.

Jews used to say: "If one has sexual intercourse with his wife from the back,
then she will deliver a squint-eyed child."
So this Verse was revealed:--
"Your wives are a tilth unto you; so go to your tilth when or how you will." (2.223)
Sura (66:5) -
"Maybe, his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in your place wives better
than you, submissive, faithful, obedient, penitent, adorers, fasters, widows and
A disobedient wife can be replaced. You might also want to see the hadith verse:
According to Muhammad, the most important part of a marriage contract is the unrestricted access that a man has to his wife's vagina.
How could anyone say that these new laws in Afghanistan are anything but truely Islamic in form and function?

Islam and Female Genital Mutilation

I have been hearing yet again more attacks upon Islam and the bounty of benifits that it provides believers, and especially the dignity that it provides women. There have been those that choose to slander Islam, and say that Allah does NOT demand FGM, nor does Islam endorse the practice.

These insulters of Islam are mistaken!

First, they will claim that it was was not mentioned in the Koran but the Hadith. This is true, however the Hadith and the Quran are not totally separate.

The Quran is the book of divine law handed down by Allah to Muslims and is organized by Suras. The Hadith are a recounting of the life of the prophet and his actions. It is those books (Hadiths) that help Islamic Jurisprudence solve moral, social or criminal questions under Sharia. (and all four schools of Islamic Sharia accept many of the books of the hadith as authentic).

The Hadith do not promote another god, but are a "reference manual" if you will. Anyway, there is clear Hadith in the collection of Sunan Abu Dawud Book where the prophet does state that he encourages the partial removal of the clitoris:

Book 41, Number 5251:Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah:

A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina.
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is
better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.

The above Hadith is often quoted by many Islamic scholars as a justification for FGM.

The "spiritual leader" of the Muslim Brotherhood (the largest Muslim organization in the world with umbrella groups like Hamas and the Council of American Islamic Relations -CAIR) is Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi.

He has stated:

"It is reported that the Prophet (peace and
blessings be upon him) said to a midwife: 'Reduce the size of the clitoris but
do not exceed the limit, for that is better for her health and is preferred by
husbands'. The hadith indicates that circumcision is better for a woman's health
and it enhances her conjugal relation with her husband. It's noteworthy that the
Prophet's saying 'do not exceed the limit' means do not totally remove the
clitoris... Anyhow, it is not obligatory, whoever finds it serving the interest
of his daughters should do it, and I personally support this under the current
circumstances in the modern world."

Those that still are trying to besmirch the good name of Islam with lies, may also be interested in the opinions of the Muslim women themselves (with regards to FGM as practiced in Egypt where 90% of women have undergone FGM).

The link for this video is here:

Partial Transcript:

Interviewer: In the Islamic religion, and in the villages and neighborhoods, it is always said that girls should be circumcised just like boys. Does it come from the Sunna, or is it a custom or yours?

Female villager: Circumcision is part of the Sunna of the Prophet. We used to bring a daya, and she would circumcise the children, but when the role of the daya was abolished, we stopped. Now we take our children to the doctor, and he circumcises them.

Interviewer: So it is the doctor who circumcises the girl?

Female villager: Yes. If a girl is not circumcised, she can't stand it. When she is circumcised, she is calm and has self-restraint. The circumcision protects the girl and makes her calm.

Interviewer: So you think all women should be circumcised to protect their honor?

Female villager: The Prophet said that the men go and wage Jihad for a year. He said that girls should be circumcised so they can bear it for a whole year until the men return.

Thus, can one really say that Islam and the teachings of the prophet Muhammad really have nothing to do with this practice?

How can one say that Islam doesn't endorse this practice, where the spiritual leader of the largest Islamic organisation on the planet says that it does?

Centuries of Glorious Islamic Jihad on the Indian Infidels in 9 Minutes!

I come with amazing news and food for the Islamic Mind.

As we all know, Jihad is the most Holy act a Muslim can do, and that the booty of the slain infidel is the bounty that Allah has provided Muslims since the days of the Apostle.

Muslims  take great pride in the spreading of the RELIGION OF PEACE by the sword. Perhaps most interestingly, is that most Muslims are not aware of the millions of bodies that Islam has racked up over the centuries during the Jihadist conquest of the sub-continent.

We only have to look to the examples of Afghanistan (formerly Buddhist) and Pakistan (Formerly Hindu) to witness the fruits and package of benifits that Muslim Armies have brought, and the vibrant societies we Muslims create.

It is with this in mind, I would like to share an important video with all of you that regals the Glory Stained Jihad against the polytheists in India, and the demands of Allah for their blood.

Believers  must rejoice in the fact that Muslim armies massacred tens of millions of Indians explicitly in the name of Islam. This brief history of their Jihadist conquests and bloody Holy War is a must watch.

Praise the Peace that Islam brings and the wonderful societies that Muslims create!
